Where is UEE Chicago located?
UEE Chicago is located in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago. Our venue hosts nightlife events, live performances, and private celebrations in a two-level space.
What types of events do you host?
We host live music, DJ nights, cultural events, and private celebrations such as birthdays, corporate gatherings, and special events.
What is the venue capacity?
Our venue accommodates approximately 136 guests depending on the event layout.

How do I purchase tickets for upcoming events?
Tickets for select events are available online through our website or through the event organizer.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Digital tickets or confirmation on your phone are accepted at the door.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Some events allow door sales depending on availability.
Private Event Rentals

Can I rent UEE Chicago for a private event?
Yes. Our venue is available for birthdays, private celebrations, corporate events, and more.
How do I check availability?
You can use the availability calendar on our Private Events page to see open dates.
How do I request a booking?
Submit the event inquiry form on the Private Events page and our team will review your request.
What is included in a venue rental?
Venue rentals include access to our event space, bar service, and basic layout set up (Chairs & Tables). More can be added through our package deals, for more information look at the Packages page.

Bar & Food

Does the venue have a bar?
Yes. UEE Chicago has a fully licensed bar offering a variety of beers, cocktails, and spirits.
Do you serve food?
Food availability depends on the event. Some events may feature food vendors.
Age & Entry Policies

Is there an age requirement to attend events?
Most events are 21+ unless otherwise specified by the event organizer.
Do I need a valid ID?
Yes. A valid government-issued ID or valid official document from a local, state, or federal authority is required for entry.
Parking

Is parking available at the venue?
Universal Entertainment Events does not currently have a private parking lot or valet service. However, there are several convenient parking options nearby.
Paid street parking is available along W. Cermak Road. Guests can also find free street parking on S Hoyne Avenue and S Leavitt Street, both located within a short walking distance of the venue.
As always in Chicago, please check posted street signs for parking restrictions and meter hours.

Hours of Enforcement: Generally 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday–Saturday.
Sundays- metered spots are free on Sundays.
